Workshops alone don't work. That's why ALL of our training experiences include the following three steps.
Warm Up
Prior to the event, your team will have some warm-up work to do. We want to get them thinking about situations where they have struggled and where they have been successful in the past. We want everyone ready to dive in when we all come together.
Interactive Training
This is where your team will learn the skills that they need to communicate better with each. We will pick exercises specific to the goals of your team and everyone will have a chance to participate in multiple ways to apply what they are learning.
Follow-Up
There's a reason 80% of people forget everything they learn in a traditional workshop. They walk out of the room and it's already out of their mind. We provide accountability and support so that your team not only remember, but practice the skills that they learn.
